Chaco Sandals

What better way to sum it all up than this one review I came across just when I was reading through pieces of individual experiences for Chaco sandals? Here it goes: “Where have I NOT worn my Chacos? Okay, maybe they haven't been that useful in the snow, but they have been put through almost any other weather and terrain condition imaginable!” Well, that puts paid my further research for a pair of beach sandals because that’s where I go on my morning walking.

Chaco.com lists out all their specialty products, stores and other outlets, both online and offline, in order to facilitate the prospective buyers, that is, you and I, a rather complete information comparing product by product. Men’s and women’s sandals are separately listed under footwear. But what really caught my attention is the bit on the APMA award they are proud to announce.

Well, thankfully the pretty simple of them all in women’s sandals collection isn’t just the bare flat rubber piece with some kind of fabric straps. They go beyond this concept and offer style and incredibly supple underfoot comfort with soft two-tone leather straps. Further, things were pretty different with a webbing of straps. One great thing that stands out beyond expectation is the way the strap system works. It is a long piece that threads through your soles. Tug them on different places and have the strap-web pull through. If it feels tight loosen the buckle a bit and tug on the toe strap till webbing has pulled through.

What advantage can I expect with this? Better toe handling when scrambling down a boulder-strewn route or chasing my dog on the beach. Polyurethane midsole, a standard feature in most models shaves off the weight, leaving behind most of the competition.

Chacos are highly versatile footwear. You can them in tide water (salt water) as well as when cooling off in remote places on hiking trips.

Kid’s and boy’s footwear could well be the trickiest one to choose and you can’t easily pick the right size as they grow out of their sandals no sooner than you buy a pair. Here is where Chaco really excels competition with its innovative technologies. First the patented Biocentric technology and then is the Adjustable Fit. The technology lets you adjust straps anatomically perfectly to maximize on the size. The arch helps control pronation, the sculpted heel centers foot's natural shock-absorbing pad accurately under the heel bone. With this foundation I didn’t want to look any further.

The best part always comes late; ask for discount even while buying at a sale. Girls are sure to love this.
